Yamaha Rhino CNC Machined Clutch Sheave

KMS Performance is excited to offer a new CNC clutch sheave for the Yamaha Rhino. A CNC Machined clutch sheave is designed to allow the rollers to expand further than an OEM sheave. This additional expansion will increase top speed of the machine.

Extensive testing was done on all variations of machined clutches, springs and weights available for the Yamaha Rhino. The best combination was put together for this CNC machined clutch to reach optimum performance.

Yamaha Rhino 100% Horspower Increase Over Stock?

Wood Racing has developed a bolt-on performance kit that does just that! All dyno tests were done on K&N Filters’ in house dyno with their technician at the controls. Dyno runs tested rear wheel horsepower with stock output at 19.3 horsepower, while the Wood Racing system increased the power output to 38.87 HP.

The performance kit consists of three major components, easy to install, replacing the intake, exhaust and ignition systems:

The FreeFlow carburetor kit consists of a specially modified and jetted Mikuni TM45 flat slide smooth bore carburetor, using the factory choke cable, a new throttle cable, plus the latest K&N XStream filter with built in velocity stack.The new ignition increases the RPM from 7800 to 9000, with a comparable increase in performance.

The high performance exhaust is designed and built in-house, utilizing a true reverse cone megaphone that increases power throughout the entire rev range, excelling in midrange and top end horsepower, with a polished Cermichrome finish for good looks and durability. Supertrapp spark arrestor available on request with no loss of horsepower in testing.

Yamaha Rhino Stainless Nut Insert Kit

As a replacement to the Yamaha Rhino factory trim hardware this kit provides stainless steel fasteners for a refined installation of Fabtech trim pieces. Kit includes all the necessary hardware and installation tool to install Fabtech's Bed Caps and the Dash Trim Ring kit along with additional hardware to replace the remaining bed plastic caps.

Fabtech's Yamaha Rhino Rear Bumper is constructed of 1.5” DOM tubing and wraps around the corners of the bed to provide side and rear protection. The bolt on design attaches directly to the frame for maximum protection. Note that due to this frame mounted design the bed will not tilt. Bumper is available in Black Powdercoat or raw for paint to match applications.

Fabtech Yamaha Rhino Long Travel Suspension System

Fabtech breaks into the UTV market with their Yamaha Rhino Long Travel suspension system. Designed as a complete system, the front and rear control arms feature 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms mount to the frame via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front upper arms utilize 3/4 " teflon lined heim ends with lower arms receiving 7/8” uniballs for an unrestricted 13” of usable wheel travel. Working in conjunction with the wider track width and travel, Fabtech includes steering rod extensions with 1/2 “ heim ends. This system is available with replacement 4340 heat treated axle shafts for aggressive driving or with complete heavy duty CV axle assemblies. The heart of this system is Fabtech's Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech's race shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was performed to dial in the shock valving for aggressive high speed offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride for cruising around campsites and pits. All components included in this system are finished in a neutral gun metal gray powdercoat to blend with the undercarriage of every Rhino. Systems come complete with all the necessary parts and hardware for a one stop purchase.
